Chromosomes Numbers and Karyotypes of Fish Species from Song River, VangVieng District, Vientiane Province, Lao PDR

Abstract

Resoult of the study on 10 fish species of chromosomes (CS) standard included Hampala dispar,  Mystacoleucus lepturus, Hypsibarbus malcomi, Esomus metallicus, Poropuntius laonsis, Cy-clocheilichthys apogon, Rasbora cf. atridorsalis, Systomus rubripinnis, Barbonymus altus, Mystac-oleucus obtusirostris. There were the objective to study the number, patterns and karyotype of CS 10 fish species by using conventional staining techniques. The results demonstrated in the study were as follows in 10 fish species showed the number of diploid chromosomes 2n = 50 rods of each spcies. The karyotypes of CS as followed in H. dispar had metacentric 5 pairs, sub-metacentric 5 pairs, acrocentric 3 pairs, telocentric 5 pairs and the number of chromosomes arms (Fundamental Number “NF”) was 90 bars. The karyotyping of CS in M. lepturus was metacentric 4 pairs, sub-metacentric 2 pairs, acrocentric 4 pairs, telocentric 15 pairs and NF was 70 bars. Futhermore, The karyotyping of CS in H. malcomi consisted metacentric 3 pairs, submetacentric 3 pairs, acrocentric 6 pairs and 13 pairs of telocentric chromosomes, the NF was 74 bars; which of the results of E.metallicus found that three types of karyotypes consisted as metacentric 7 pairs, submetacentric 5 pairs, acrocentric 13 pairs, and NF was 100 bars. Moreover, in the karyotype of P. laonsis had metacentric 7 pairs, submetacentric 3 pairs, acrocentric 6 pairs, telocentric 9 pairs and NF was 82 bars. In the karyotype of C. apogon included metacentric 6 pairs, submetacentric 5 pairs, acrocentric 5 pairs, telocentric 8 pairs and NF was 88 bars. In Rasbora cf. atridorsalis consisted metacentric 5 pairs, submetacentric 4 pairs, acrocentric 3 pairs, telocentric 13 pairs and NF was 74 bars. The karyotype of S. rubripinnis was metacentric 2 pairs, sub-metacentric 10 pairs, acrocentric 2 pairs, telocentric 11pairs and NF was 78 bars. In the B. altus found that 2 pairs of metacentric, sub-metacentric 10 pairs, acrocentric 2 pairs and 11 pairs of telocentric and 78 bars of fundamental number; finally, the karyotype of M. obtusirostris was metacentric 4 pairs, submetacentric 6 pairs, acrocentric 2 pairs, telocentric 13 pairs and NF was 74 bars.               

ໃນການສຶກສາຈຳນວນ ແລະ ຈັດລຽງຮູບແບບໂຄຼໂມໂຊມ (Chromosomes=CS) ຂອງປາ 10 ຊະນິດຄື: ປາສູດຈໍ້າ, ປາຫຼັງໜາມ, ປາປາກ, ປາຊິວໜວດ, ປາຈາດ, ປາດອກງິ້ວ, ປາຊິວໃຫຍ່, ປາປົກ, ປາວຽນໄຟ ແລະ ປາຫຼັງໜາມເຫຼືອງ ໂດຍມີຈຸດປະສົງ ເພື່ອສຶກສາຈຳນວນ, ລັກສະນະ ແລະ ຮູບແບບການຈັດລຽງໂຄຼໂມໂຊມຂອງປາເຫຼົ່ານີ້. ຜົນໄດ້ຮັບໃນການສຶກສາພົບວ່າ: ໃນຈຳນວນປາທີ່ພົບ 10 ຊະນິດ ແມ່ນມີຈຳນວນ CS ແບບດີພຼອຍ 2n = 50 ແທ່ງ; ການຈັດລຽງ Karyotype ຂອງ ປາສູດຈໍ້າມີ Metacentric 5 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 5 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 3 ຄູ່, Telocentric 5 ຄູ່, ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 90 ແຂນ. ປາຫຼັງໜາມມີ Metacentric 4 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 2 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 4 ຄູ່, Telocentric 15 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 70 ແຂນ. ປາປາກມີ  Metacentric 3 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 3 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 6 ຄູ່, Telocentric 13 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 74 ແຂນ. ປາຊິວໜວດມີ  Metacentric 7 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 5 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 13 ຄູ່, ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 100 ແຂນ. ປາຈາດມີ Metacentric 7 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 3 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 6 ຄູ່, Telocentric 9 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 82 ແຂນ. ປາດອກງີ້ວມີ Metacentric 6 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 5 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 5 ຄູ່, Telocentric 8 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 88 ແຂນ. ປາຊິວໃຫຍ່ມີ Metacentric 5 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 4 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 3 ຄູ່, Telocentric 13 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 74 ແຂນ. ປາປົກມີ  Metacentric 2 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 10 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 2 ຄູ່, Telocentric 11 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 78 ແຂນ. ປາວຽນໄຟມີ  Metacentric 2 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 3 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 10 ຄູ່, Telocentric 10 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 80 ແຂນ. ປາຫຼັງໜາມເຫືຼອງມີ Metacentric 4 ຄູ່, Sub-metacentric 6 ຄູ່, Acrocentric 2 ຄູ່, Telocentric 13 ຄູ່. ມີຈໍານວນແຂນ 74 ແຂນ.
