ຄວາມແຕກຕ່າງທາງດ້ານສັນຖານວິທະຍາ ແລະ ການກະຈາຍພັນຂອງຂຽດຕະປາດບ້ານ (Polypedates leucomystax) ຊະນິດທີ່ຍັງມີຄວາມສັບສົນໃນ ສປປ ລາວ

Abstract

ການສຶກສາຄວາມແຕກຕ່າງທາງດ້ານສັນຖານວິທະຍາ ແລະ ການກະຈາຍພັນຂອງຂຽດຕະປາດບ້ານ (Polypedates leucomystax ) ຊະນິດທີ່ຍັງມີຄວາມສັບສົນໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ແມ່ນໄດ້ສຶກສາຈາກຕົວຢ່າງທັງໝົດ149 ຕົວຢ່າງທີ່ມີໃນຫ້ອງເກັບຕົວຢ່າງສັດເຄິ່ງບົກ-ເຄິ່ງນໍ້າ ແລະ ສັດເລືອຄານ ຂອງພາກວິຊາ ຊີວະວິທະຍາ, ຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດທໍາມະຊາດ, ມະຫາ ວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ແລະ ຈາກການລົງສໍາຫຼວດເກັບກໍາຂໍ້ມູນພາກສະໜາມຕົວຈິງ ເລີ່ມແຕ່ ເດືອນ ເມສາ 2018 ຫາ ເດືອນ ເມສາ 2019 ລວມທັງໝົດມີ 15 ເມືອງ 9 ແຂວງ. ການສຶກສາຈາກລັກສະນະທາງສັນຖານວິທະຍາ ແລະ ການວິເຄາະຫາອົງປະກອບຫຼັກຈາກ 21 ລັກສະນະທາງສັນຖານວິທະຍາຂອງຂຽດຕະປາດທັງໝົດໄດ້ແຍກຂຽດຕະປາດອອກເປັນ 2 ກຸ່ມຄື: ຂຽດຕະປາດບ້ານ P. megacephalus ແລະ ຂຽດຕະປາດພະມ້າ P. mutus ແຕ່ບໍ່ປະກົດພົບຂຽດຕະປາດຈາວາ P. leucomystax ໃນລາວ. ຂຽດຕະປາດບ້ານມີການກະຈາຍພັນໃນທົ່ວປະເທດແຕ່ເໜືອ ຫາ ໃຕ້, ສ່ວນຂຽດຕະປາດພະມ້າມີການກະຈາຍພັນໃກ້ກັບຊາຍແດນລາວ-ຫວຽດນາມຈາກແຂວງສະຫວັນນະເຂດ ຫາ ແຂວງຫົວພັນ ແລະ ທັງສອງຊະນິດມີການກະຈາຍພັນຊ້ອນທັບກັນຈາກການສຶກ ສາຄັ້ງນີ້ແມ່ນພົບການຊ້ອນທັບກັນຢູ່ໃນເຂດເມືອງຄຳເກີດ, ແຂວງ ບໍລິຄຳໄຊໃກ້ເຂດຊາຍແດນລາວ-ຫວຽດ.

Morphology variation and distribution of the common tree frog Polypedates leucomystax species complex in Laos were examined from voucher specimens in Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, National University of Laos and specimens from our fieldwork during April 2018 to April 2019. A total of 149 voucher specimens were collected from 15 districts, 9 provinces. The result of morphological characteristic study and the analytical of 21 morphological characteristics of common tree frog by using principle component analysis, were explicitly divided into two groups including Spot legged tree frog P. megacephalus and Burmese whipping Frog P. mutus but Common Tree Frog P. leucomystax were not found in Laos. The populations of P. megacephalus has wide geographic range, P. mutus is distributed along the border of Laos and Vietnam from Savannakhet to Huaphan provinces and both population are sympatry in Khamkeut District, Bolikhamxay Province, near the border Laos-Vietnam .
