As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
The research papers should not be exceeded 10 pages in A4 size (for articles in the natural science) and 15 pages in A4 size (for article in the social science), including tables, figures and references. Commas (,) should be used for 1000 separator and full stop (.) for decimal system of digit. The articles in Lao version published in NUOL Scientific Journal should include:
Title: Both in Lao, with Phetsarat OT font and English with Times New Roman font in size of 14.
Initial author’s name should be abbreviated and full family name equipped with current correspondent address and email with Phetsarat OT font and English with Times New Roman font in size of 12.
Abstract should not be exceeded 250 words or a page of A4 with Phetsarat OT font and English with Times New Roman font in size of 12 and put the key words at the end of the abstract.
Note:
Title, author’s name and address, and abstract in Lao and English version should be in the same page or one section.
Introduction, objectives, methodology, finding, discussion, and suggestion shall be in Phetsarat OT font in Lao, and Times New Roman font in English with font size of 12 and bold without numbering. For the full text shall be in Phetsarat OT font in Lao, and Times New Roman font in English with font size of 12.
American Psychological Association (APA) shall be used as formal citation reference system and reference list.
Title of tables shall be placed above tables and title of graphs and figures shall be placed below graphs and figures. Titles shall be in Phetsarat OT font in Lao, and Times New Roman in English with font size of 12.
