Diversity of Fungi in Khounlu-NangOua Cave areas in Kasi District, Vientiane Province

The objectives of this study was to investigate species diversity of fungi in the Khounlu-Nang Oua Cave areas in Kasi District, Vientiane province, from December 2020 to May 2021. The samples were collected and identified the characteristic of fungal using morphological, microscopic feature (hyphae, pore, and shape of spore) under light microscope and ecological of mushroom. Results shown that 36 samples were indentified into 31 species that belonging to 2 Phylum and 12 famillies were recorded. Three famillies belonging to Phylum Ascomycota consist of Xylariaceae, Sarcoscyphaceae and Ophiocordycipitaceae, and nine families belonging to phylum Basidiomycota consist of Auriculariaceae, Fomitopsidaceae, Ganodermataceae, Hymenochaetaceae, Polyporaceae, Phallaceae, Marasmiaceae, Schizophyllaceae and Tricholomataceae. This result can be classified into inedible mushroom 4 species, medicine mushroom 3 species, inedible mushroom 19 species, no data available 4 species and an insect pathogenic fungi species.
ການສຶກສາຄັ້ງນີ້ມີຈຸດປະສົງ ເພື່ອສຶກສາຄວາມຫຼາກຫຼາຍຂອງເຫັດຣາໃນເຂດຖ້ຳຂຸນລູ-ນາງອົ້ວ ເມືອງກາສີ ແຂວງວຽງຈັນ, ໃນລະຫວ່າງເດືອນພະຈິກ 2020 ຫາ ເດືອນພຶດສະພາ 2021, ສາມາດຮວບຮວມຊະນິດເຫັດຣາໄດ້ທັງໝົດ 36 ຕົວຢ່າງ ຜ່ານການສຶກສາທາງຮູບປະພັນ ແລະ ໂຄງສ້າງຂອງເຫັດ ສາມາດຈັດຈໍາແນກອອກເປັນ 2 ສາຂາ ຄື: ສາຂາ Ascomycota ມີ 3 ຕະກຸນ: Xylariaceae, Sarcoscyphaceae ແລະ Ophiocordycipitaceae; ສາຂາ Basidiomycota ມີ 9 ຕະກຸນ: Auriculariaceae, Fomitopsidaceae, Ganodermataceae, Hymenochaetaceae, Polyporaceae, Phallaceae, Marasmiaceae, Schizophyllaceae ແລະ Tricholomataceae ແລະ 31 ຊະນິດ ໃນນີ້ເປັນເຫັດທີ່ກິນໄດ້ 4 ຊະນິດ, ເຫັດທີ່ເປັນຢາ 3 ຊະນິດ, ເຫັດກິນບໍ່ໄດ້ມີ 19 ຊະນິດ, ບໍ່ມີຂໍ້ມູນ 4 ຊະນິດ, ແລະ ຊະນິດທີ່ກໍ່ໂຣກໃນແມງໄມ້ມີ 1 ຊະນິດ.
