Abstract

   The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the key factors for success of the Lao university graduates’ career. 2) to create and develop structural equation model of the key factors for success of the Lao university graduates’ career. The sample group consist of 1,306 students, 539 females, who graduated from four universities of Laos in the academic year from 2015 to 2020. Quantitative research were employed, using questionnaires  as a study instrument using structural equation modeling (SEM). Descriptive statistics for data analysis was used to search for frequency, percentage by using program SPSS version 23 and the program Amos Version 21  to analysise consistency of structure equation model with empirical data.
