ການເຊື່ອມໂຍງດ້ານການທ່ອງທ່ຽວຂອງຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດສັງຄົມກັບບັນດາມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລໃນເຄື່ອຂ່າຍປະເທດອາຊຽນ

Abstract

ການສຶກສາເລື່ອງ ການເຊື່ອມໂຍງດ້ານການທ່ອງທ່ຽວຂອງຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດສັງຄົມກັບບັນດາມະຫາ ວິທະຍາໄລໃນເຄື່ອຂ່າຍປະເທດອາຊຽນ ເຊິ່ງມີຈຸດປະສົງແມ່ນ 1) ສຶກສາຄວາມຈໍາເປັນຂອງການເຊື່ອມໂຍງທາງດ້ານການທ່ອງທ່ຽວຂອງຄະນະວິທະຍາ ສາດສັງຄົມກັບມະຫາວິ ທະຍາໄລໃນເຄື່ອຂ່າຍປະເທດອາຊຽນ, 2) ສິ່ງທີ່ເປັນບັນຫາໃນການເຊື່ອມໂຍງດ້ານການທ່ອງ ທ່ຽວຂອງຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດສັງຄົມກັບມະຫາວິທະຍາ ໄລໃນເຄື່ອຂ່າຍປະເທດອາຊຽນ ແລະ 3) ແນວທາງໃນການເຊື່ອມໂຍງທາງດ້ານການທ່ອງທ່ຽວຂອງຄະນະວິທະຍາສາດສັງຄົມກັບມະຫາວິ ທະຍາໄລໃນເຄື່ອຂ່າຍປະເທດອາຊຽນ. ໂດຍນໍາໃຊ້ວິທີການຄົ້ນຄ້ວາແບບປະລິມານ ແລະ ແບບຄຸນນະພາບ. ຜົນການສຶກສາພົບວ່າ: ການພັດທະນາຫຼັກສູດ, ການແລກປ່ຽນອາຈານສອນ ແລະ ນັກສຶກສາ, ການພັດທະນາເອກະສານ-ຕໍາລາ ຮັບໃຊ້ການຮຽນ-ການສອນ, ບັນຫານິຕິກໍາ ແລະ ດ້ານມະໂຍບາຍ, ແຜນຍຸດທະສາດ, ການກໍານົດຕົວຊີ້ວັດ, ບັນຫາດ້ານບຸກຄະລາກອນ ຈໍາເປັນຕ້ອງມີການເຊື່ອມໂຍງຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ. ດ້ານຜູ້ບໍລິຫານ: ການພັດທະນາຫຼັກສູດຄວນປັບປຸງຫຼັກສູດໃຫ້ມີຄວາມສະດວກ, ສາມາດຖ່າຍໂອນໜ່ວຍກິດ ແລະ ຄະແນນຂອງນັກສຶກສາລະຫວ່າງມະຫາໄລໜຶ່ງໄປຫາອີກມະຫາໄລໜຶ່ງ. ດ້ານການພັດທະນາການແລກປ່ຽນອາຈານສອນ ແລະ ນັກສຶກສາແມ່ນມີຄວາມຈໍາເປັນຫຼາຍ ເຊັ່ນ: ເຕັກນິກການສອນ, ເນື້ອໃນບົດຮຽນ, ລາຍວິຊາສອນ. ດ້ານການພັດທະນາເອກະ ສານ-ຕໍາລາຮັບໃຊ້ການຮຽນການສອນ: ຕ້ອງໄດ້ມີການຄົ້ນຄ້ວາບັນດາປື້ມຕໍາລາ-ເອກະສານ ຕະຫຼອດເຖິງການນໍາໃຊ້ສື່ການສອນ ແລະ ລົງພາກຕົວຈິງລະຫວ່າງທິດສະດີກັບພຶດຕິກໍາໃຫ້ສອດຄອງ, ເທົ່າທຽມກັນກັບພາກພື້ນ ແລະ ສາກົນໃຫ້ຫຼາຍທີ່ສຸດ. ດ້ານການແລກປ່ຽນຂໍ້ມູນຂ່າວສານດ້ານວິຊາການແມ່ນມີຄວາມຈໍາເປັນໂດຍສະເພາະດ້ານວິຊາການ, ດ້ານອາຈານສອນ ແລະ ດ້ານເຕັກນິກເພື່ອໃຫ້ທ່ວງທັນກັບສະພາບຄວາມເປັນຈິງ ແລະ ສິ່ງທີ່ເປັນບັນຫາໃນການເຊື່ອມໂຍງແມ່ນດ້ານນະໂຍບາຍ, ນິຕິກໍາກ່ຽວກັບການເຊື່ອມໂຍງ,  ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈຂອງອາຈານ ແລະ ນັກສຶກສາຍັງມີຄວາມຈໍາກັດ, ດ້ານບັນຫາດ້ານຄວາມຮູ້ຄວາມສາມາດ ແລະ ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈຂອງຜູ້ບໍລິຫານໃນລະດັບພາກວິຊາຕໍ່ວຽກເຫັນວ່າຍັງຂາດປັດໄຈສະໜັບສະໜູນໃນການພົວພັນພາຍນອກ.

The objectives of this study on tourism integration among Faculty of Social Science, National University of Lao PDR and ASEAN Universities are to  study on the necessity of tourism integration among Faculty of Social Science, National University of Lao PDR and ASEAN Universities on the gaps on how to tourism integration among Faculty of Social Science, National University of Lao PDR and ASEAN Universities; and on the way of tourism integration among Faculty of Social Science, National University of Lao PDR and ASEAN Universities

Quantitative and qualitative methodology were employed, with  104 persons for quantiative study and 8 persons for qualitative study.  This study was found that curriculum development, teacher and students exchange, legislation and policy and strategy, indicators identification, human resource are crucial and urgent to be integrated at various level. Administrators recommended that curriculum development shall be timely improved to serve the students and credit transfers from one university to another in ASEAN shall be recognized.

It was also found that exchanging on teaching, content of curriculum and subjects is important.

It was thirdly found that conducting research on new curriculum development, communication techniques and do field work on assessment need for new curriculum on both theory and practice is crucial in order to be regionally and internationally teaching upgraded.

It was finally found that key issues for integrating are policy, relevant legislation, shortage of teachers and students in depth understanding, capability of administrators getting no support from outside cooperation.
