Abstract

In this research was Design a water filter system using solar energy to Consumption which has been designed to take on the system using stone, sand and ION Exchange Resin system, ozone (O3) integrated Ultraviolet systems (UV) With a system flow of 500 liters per hour and the selected size battery 100Ah to provide electricity to appliances that include: pump DC 250W, Engine Ozone 60W and UV 6W, the flow rate of water in the system is 500 liters per hour and the test is as follows: pH = 6.65; EC = 421.8mg / L; TDS = 175.8mg / L; TSS = 0.03mg / L; Turbidity = 0.001NTU, Chloride = 0.012mg / L, Total Hardness = 4.68mg / L, NO3-N = 0.29mg / L; Alkalinity = 5.52; Iron = 0.002mg / L; Manganese = 0.004mg / L; Lead = 0.002mg / L; Arsenic = 0.002mg / L; Total Coliform bacteria = 1.6; Escherichia = 0.66; Sodium = 0.005mg / L; Potassium = 0.065mg / L; Magnesium = 0.06mg / L and Calcium = 0.38mg / L and can be seen from the results of water quality inspection through this machine compared to the standard of drinking water of the Ministry of Resources and Environment can be used for consumption.

In addition, The Economic analysis shows that construction of the replica machine now requires a budget of 14,605,000 Kip and an annual maintenance cost of 1,460,500 Kip and daily use compared to the production cost is 2,017 Kip per day and calculated as a percentage of the cost of the machine over 2.01%.
