Abstract

The aim of this study is characterized a composite material property was prepared from Epoxy resin and sisal fiber. The samples were mixed from epoxy and short fibre and then after mixing process by using hydraulically around wood mold as 10Mpa for 6 hours at room temperature and then were cut in as size 200×15×3 mm.  The properties were obtained as such density, water absorption and tensile strength. The results of samples were found that all properties were increased with increasing of percentage fibre. Other hand, when the samples were added of fly ash with small amount to sample can make a properties of changing while adding of fly ash contents.

ການສຶກສາໃນຄັ້ງນີ້, ແມ່ນເປັນການຜະລິດເປັນວັດສະດຸຢາງປະສົມຈາກສານກາວອີໂປຊີກັບໄຍປ່ານ ແລະ ພາຣາປະສົມກັນ. ພາຍຫຼັງປະສົມໃນອັດຕາສ່ວນເໝາະສົມແລ້ວຕົວຢ່າງເທ່ລົງໃສ່ແມ່ແບບທີກໍານົດໂດຍໃຊ້ແຮງອັດ 10Mpa ໄວ້ປະມານ 6 ຊົ່ວໂມງໃນອຸນຫະພູມຫ້ອງ. ຫຼັງຈາກນັ້ນ, ໄດ້ນໍາຕົວຢ່າງອອກມາຈາກແມ່ແບບແລ້ວໄດ້ຕັດອອກເປັນຂະໜາດ 200 ×15×3 mm ແລ້ວມາກໍານົດທົດສອບຫາບັນດາຄຸນສົມບັດຄື ຄວາມໜາແໜ້ນ, ຄວາມຊຶມຜ່ານນໍ້າ ແລະ ຄວາມທົນທານ. ຜ່ານຈາກການທົດລອງ, ເຫັນໄດ້ວ່າບັນດາຜົນໄດ້ຮັບເຊັນ: ຄວາມໜາແໜ້ນ, ການຊືມນໍ້າ ແລະ ຄ່າຄວາມແຂງແຮງຂອງວັດສະດຸປະສົມແມ່ນຂຶ້ນກັບການເພີ່ມເປີເຊັນຂອງໄຍປ່ານ. ນອກຈາກນັ້ນຍັງໄດ້ເຫັນວ່າ ການເພີ່ມເປີເຊັນຂອງຂີ້ເຖົາລ່ອຍຍັງໄດ້ເຮັດໃຫ້ຄວາມໜາແໜ້ນຂອງຕົວຢາງເພີ່ມສູງຂຶ້ນນໍາອີກ ແຕ່ກົງກັນຂ້າມກັນຄ່າຂອງການຊຶມຜ່ານນໍ້າຍັງຫຼຸດລົງຕາມລໍາດັບ.
