Feasibility of Using Bamboo Powder Laos in A Tile Process

Abstract

The main objective in this study is fabricating bamboo and polymer composite materials as roof tile application. The bamboo and PMMA were analysed by using TGA/DSC. For the green composites bodies were prepared by mixing with different bamboo fibre additive. After mixing and hot-pressing the green body composites were dried at different temperatures for 3hrs. From the results were found that all properties were increased by increasing of bamboo contents (10 – 20%). However, when adding 30% of bamboo addition, the tensile strength of samples was snidely decreased respectively.

ການສຶກສາຄັ້ງນີ້,  ແມ່ນການນໍາເອົາໄຍໄຜ່ ແລະ ຢ່າງມາປະສົມກັນ ເພື່ອເປັນແຜ່ນຢ່າງວັດສະດຸປະສົມ. ໄຍ່ໄຜ ແລະ ຢາງ (PMMA) ແມ່ນໄດ້ທົດສອບຄຸນສົມບັດໂດຍການນໍາໃຊ້ເຄື່ອງມືTGA/DSC ວິເຄາະ. ສໍາລັບວິທີການປະສົມຂອງວັດສະດຸປະສົມແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ໃຊ້ອັດຕາສ່ວນຂອງໄຍໄຜ່ປະມານ (10, 15, 20, 30%). ຫຼັງຈາກນັ້ນ, ມີການອັດໜີບດ້ວຍຄວາມຮ້ອນແລ້ວໄປອົບແຫ້ງໄລ່ຄວາມຊືນພາຍຫຼັງສໍາເລັດການອົບແຫ້ງແມ່ນໄດ້ນໍາເອົາຕົວຢ່າງມາທົດສອດຫາຄຸນສົມບັດຕ່າງໆເຊັນ: ຄ່າຫົດຢຶດ, ຄວາມໜາແໜ້ນ, ຄວາມທົນທານ ແລະ ອື່ນໆ.  ຜົນຂອງການສືກສາໄດ້ພົບວ່າບັນດາຄຸນສົມບັດຂອງຕົວຢ່າງແມ່ນດີຂື້ນຕາມການຕືມຂອງໄຍໄຜຈາກ (10 - 20%) ແຕ່ວ່າເມື່ອເພີ່ມຮອດ 30% ຄວາມທົນທານແມ່ນລຸດລົງຕາມລໍາດັບ.
