ຄວາມເພິ່ງພໍໃຈ ແລະ ແນວຄວາມຄິດໃນການພັດທະນາຫ້ອງສະໝຸດ ຄະນະສຶກສາສາດ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລສຸພານຸວົງ

Abstract

ການຄົ້ນຄວ້າຄັ້ງນີ້ມີວັດຖຸປະສົງຄື: 1) ເພື່ອສຶກສາລະດັບຄວາມເພີ່ງພໍໃຈຂອງອາຈານ ແລະ ນັກສຶກສາຕໍ່ການການເຂົ້າຊົມໃຊ້ຫ້ອງຫ້ອງສະໝຸດ ຂອງຄະນະສຶກສາສາດ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ສຸພານຸວົງ. 2) ເພື່ອສະເໜີແນະນໍຳຜົນການສຶກສາໄປປັບປຸງ ແລະ ພັດທະນາໃຫ້ຫ້ອງສະໝຸດ ຄະນະສຶກສາສາດ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ ສຸພານຸວົງ ໃຫ້ດີຂຶ້ນກວ່າເກົ່າ. ປະຊາກອນທີ່ໃຊ້ໃນການຄັ້ນຄວ້າໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ແກ່ອາຈານ ແລະ ນັກນັກສຶກສາ ສົກສຶກສາ 2019-2020 ຈໍານວນ  320 ຄົນ, ຍິງ 159 ຄົນ. ໄດ້ກຸ່ມ​ຕົວຢ່າງຈຳນວນ  ​175 ຄົນ,  ຍິງ 93 ຄົນ,  ໂດ​ຍ​ອີງ​ຕາມຕາຕະລາງຂອງ​ Krejcle & Morgan. ເຄື່ອງມືທີ່ໃຊ້ຮວບຮວມຂໍ້ມູນເປັນແບບສອບຖາມ, ການວິເຄາະຂໍ້ມູນໂດຍໃຊ້ໂປຼແກຼມຄອມພິວເຕີສໍາເລັດຮູບ SPSS version 22 ເພື່ອຫາຄ່າຄວາມຖີ່, ຄ່າສະເລ່ຍ, ຄ່າສ່ວນຮ້ອຍ ແລະ ຄ່າຜັນປ່ຽນມາດຕະຖານ. ຜົນຂອງການຄົ້ນຄວ້າພົບວ່າ:

1) ຄວາມ​​ເພິ່ງພໍ​ໃຈ​ຂອງ​ຜູ້​ເຂົ້າ​ໃຊ້​ບໍລິການ​ຂອງ​ຫ້ອງສະໝຸດ ຄະນະສຶກສາສາດ ມະຫາວິທະຍາ​ໄລ​ສຸພາ​ນຸວົງ ໂດຍລວມທັງ 5 ດ້ານ ແມ່ນຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ ມີ​ຄ່າສະເລ່ຍ ( =3.69; S.D=. 52), ມີ 1 ດ້ານຢູ່ໃນລະດັບປານກາງຄື ດ້ານການເຂົ້າເຖິງຊັບພະຍາກອນຂໍ້ມູນຂ່າວສານ ມີຄ່າສະເລ່ຍ ( =3.42; S.D= .79), ເຫຼືອນັ້ນແມ່ນຢູ່ໃນລະດັບຫຼາຍ

The purpose of this research was to: 1) To study the level of satisfaction of professors and students with access to the library of the Faculty of Education, Suphanuvong University. 2) To suggest and improve the results of the study to improve the library of the Faculty of Education, Suphanuvong University. The population used in this research is 320 professors and students of the Ministry of Education for the 2019-2020 academic year, 159 females. The sample was 175 people, 93 of whom were female, according to Krejcle & Morgan. A tool used to collect data as a questionnaire, analyzing data using a computer program SPSS version 22  to find the frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation.

               The results of the research found that:

                    1) Satisfaction of library users of the Faculty of Education, Suphanuvong University. Overall, 5 aspects are in the multiple levels with an average value (X ̅ = 3.69; S.D =. 52), 1 aspect is moderate in terms of access to information resources.

                    2) study on how to improve and develop the library of the Faculty of Education University College Soupanouvong overall that should be put - off library as a normal clock when the board issued is open Monday - Friday, should provide training services or the principles of good service and manage library add classification book a regulatory system more than the old, should have a procurement resource information added to each school each year, When there is information, there is a desire to put up billboards in the library outside the entrance - to announce that the books are new, there should be a survey of books in line with the Faculty of Education. Pay attention to the environment around the library, such as keeping it clean, with signs indicating the library on the way up to the library.
