Abstract

The qualitative method was using in this study and analyze the data according to the documents or the geographical data sources. In addition, to find the research results, it will also get the second-hand data sources or the primary data. which was obtained from in-depth interviews with relevant parties such as users of court notarial services, court notarial service providers and dispute resolution parties numbering 60 people. The third source will be obtained from observations from documents and from the actual situation of the organization.

The study found that: registration work is a work that has been active for a long time, there are laws and legislation as a basis for implementation, but access to services is still small because the law does not have a mandatory nature in bringing contracts and documents to be verified at the notarial office, people do not know the role of the notarial office, access to services is still difficult because the notarial office is only in the city. causing obstacles to travel because there are some localities where people live in remote areas and can only travel for one season. The use of services at the notarial office of the business unit is satisfactory, but the service is still seen to be delayed, which sometimes does not meet the needs of customers, the collection of fees and service charges, service users do not know the precise payment register.

The provision of court registration services is still encountering difficulties, especially when inviting the parties to appear at the court registry, the appearance at the court notarial is not uniform. Some places have to appear individually, but others have to come to appear together. Contracts and documents certified by the notarial are valuable as reliable evidence for many government organizations and dispute resolution agencies, because it has been certified by the lawyers of the government organization, it is expressed that when there is a conflict, the resolution of the conflict can be resolved quickly.
